Retail & Wholesale Orders: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of delivery to report damaged, missing, or incorrect product along with images to support your claim. Your claim will be reviewed and if approved, a credit note or gift card code for use toward a future order will be provided.

*Use discount code: FREESHIPPING to get free shipping on purchases of $100 or more, when shipping in the continental United States. Please note that this discount is not valid for all Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. Any customs fees, taxes or duties are solely the responsibility of the purchasing party.
Please Note: Due to the fragile nature of our products we package our items in specially designed boxes to ensure that the pots arrive intact and therefore we cannot guarantee that all items will be packed in the same box. Additionally, all orders are shipped via third party parcel shipping companies. Momma Pots is not responsible for any delivery delays due to errors by these companies or incorrect address information provided at the time an order is placed. For any updates or corrections of delivery addresses, please contact hello@mommapots.com and provide your order number with updated shipping information.
Wholesale Orders:
Shipping is included via a third-party freight company for all domestic wholesale orders that meet our minimum order requirement of $1500. Additional fees apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
For all international orders, any customs fees, taxes or duties are solely the responsibility of the purchasing party.

Freight companies experience more challenges when delivering to non-commercial locations due to the size of their trucks/trailers. A residential address is classified as an address that is in a residential zone, difficult to access, and may not have equipment for unloading a pallet.
Similarly, areas with limited access—such as one-way streets, small parking lots, and busy streets with limited unloading capabilities—can cause challenges when delivering. Carriers will make accommodations and use a smaller trailer for deliveries to residential and limited-access areas when necessary, resulting in additional service fees. Please make sure to communicate any possible delivery challenges when filling out our freight questionnaire.

A lift-gate is a tool used to raise or lower pallets from a trailer. If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or fork-lift, you will need a lift-gate to remove the pallet (extra fees apply). A liftgate is required upon delivery.

If you request a specific day, more exact than what is provided by the carrier, an additional fee will apply. Our third-party freight carrier will contact you directly for delivery dates and times.
